NEURODIVERGENT-AFFIRMING ONLINE THERAPY FOR ADHD IN ARIZONA
Helping you live a focused, empowered life
You’re ready for your inner critic to step aside.
You’ve spent your whole life being told to sit still, talk less, and just focus (if only it were that easy…).
Staying organized, managing your time, and maintaining focus feel like monumental tasks. These things seem to come so easy to others, and you wonder why they feel like such an uphill battle for you. Your mind is constantly buzzing with ideas,
but sometimes it’s so hard to channel your energy that
you’re completely frozen with overwhelm.
You’re not just physically exhausted - your mental and emotional exhaustion is through the roof, too. Low energy and lack of motivation are made even worse by the fact that your mind races at bedtime, making sleep nothing short of an enormous struggle. Your body feels restless and you can’t seem to get comfy, so you wake up feeling just as exhausted as you did before your head hit the pillow.
I understand just how frustrating it is when sleep seems out of reach,
especially when your body and mind are so desperate for rest.
And I understand how exhausting it is to go through each day
struggling to stay focused, organized or motivated.
What if you could leave behind what's holding you back, embrace your imperfections and release the overwhelm?
Imagine a life where you can confidently tackle daily challenges, turn your creative bursts into
productive pursuits, and experience more moments of calm and clarity.
It’s possible with the right support and strategies.
You can experience what it’s like to let go of the story that you need to “fix” yourself and
learn to embrace your creativity, your passion, and the way you approach the world differently.
These are your strengths, not your setbacks.
Now is your chance to rewrite your story and take charge of your narrative. Let’s work together to uncover new ways to make life more manageable and fulfilling. I’ll provide gentle guidance to help you discover practical tools and insights tailored to your needs, helping you break through barriers and unlock your potential.
I can help you do this!

Many successful, high-achieving people have ADHD! One of the reasons so many people aren’t diagnosed with ADHD until they’re adults is actually because they’re smart and successful. ADHD is still highly misunderstood. Those with ADHD have often spent a lifetime learning to “mask” their symptoms over time (which is nothing short of exhausting!).

Medication is often seen as the first line of treatment for ADHD. Many people find the most relief with a combination of medication and therapy. That being said, folks can often still find relief from ADHD without medication once they understand more about it and start using different strategies to cope. If you want to try medication for ADHD, I’m happy to provide referrals to prescribers I trust who are highly experienced in helping adults with ADHD.
